The Oratory is located in the Crooked Creek Valley which surrounds the town of Harrison in the Arkansas Ozarks and is maintained by members of the Crooked Creek Anglican Association.
The Crooked Creek Anglican Association is a lay-led ecumenical fellowship for worship, prayer, and study in the historic Anglican tradition. Our association is involved in a developing Anglican-Methodist dialogue.
As Anglicans we hold to the Christian faith as set forth in the Apostles' Creed, the Thirty-Nine Articles of Religion, and in the Book of Common Prayer and Ordinal. In our prayer and worship we use the Book of Common Prayer, the Authorized Version of the Bible, and the New Version of the Psalms in meter.
In addition, we also adhere to the fundamentals of the General Rule of the first Methodist association in our life and practice.
